The moment finally came for Yoane Wissa.
The striker named in a matchday squad for Newcastle United.
Injured whilst on international duty only days after signing for United, Yoane Wissa facing a long recovery period.
With Newcastle United leading 2-0 at St James’ Park against Burnley, Yoane Wissa given the final twenty minutes by Eddie Howe.
Nothing dramatic to report about this belated debut, other than, the striker at last playing for Newcastle United.
No surprise that Yoane Wissa looked a bit rusty, not fully match fit, reasons why of course Eddie Howe was desperate to get him on the pitch for these minutes.
A lot more to come from the former Brentford striker once he gets back to full fitness and sharpness.
