Season 1 of Twisted Metal served as a prequel to the video game, while season 2 shows the core concept of the video game franchise: Calypso’s demolition derby tournament.
Although the central story changes, many things stay the same. Audiences are treated to the same post-apocalyptic world and many of the same lovable characters.
