The British teen drama series Skins is the perfect show to binge-watch ahead of the Euphoria season 3 premiere. While there is a U.S. version of Skins that was released in 2011 and was cancelled after just one critically panned season, the UK version is certainly the one worth seeing.

Similar to Euphoria, Skins (UK) launched the careers of several notable actors and modern Hollywood stars, including Nicholas Hoult, Dev Patel, Daniel Kaluuya, Hannah Murray, and Joe Dempsie, the latter two of whom both played key roles in Game of Thrones. Also similar to Euphoria, Skins chronicles the messy and rebellious lives of a group of high schoolers with mature themes.

The first two seasons of Skins, known as series 1, follow the main cast before characters are introduced in season 3, or series 2. While some of the original cast don’t return after the first two seasons, others appear throughout the entire show, which ran from 2007 to 2013. The characters are one of the best parts of this series and lay the foundation for viewers to get instantly hooked from the first episode.
