Ryan Murphy’s Monster season 3 has added a star from The Idol in a series regular role, as the season focusing on Ed Gein continues its development. The upcoming Monster season 3 will show Charlie Hunnam take on the role of Gein, a serial killer who murdered at least two women in the 1950s and served as inspiration for The Texas Chainsaw Massacre. The show is expected to have a similar structure to the previous two seasons, which focused on Jeffrey Dahmer and Lyle and Erik Menendez respectively.
Now, Deadline has confirmed that The Idol star Suzanna Son will be joining Monster season 3 as a series regular. Alongside portraying Chloe in The Idol, Son has also played Raylee in 2021’s Red Rocket, and will have a role as Megan Rogers in 2025’s Fear Street: Prom Queen. Son’s role remains under wraps, with no indication as to which character she’ll be portraying.
More to come…
