Liam Mathews of TV Guide, meanwhile, calls the series “a reassertion of Knightley’s unique appeal no matter what setting she’s in.”
Finally, Carly Lane of Collider applauded Knightley’s increasingly complex performance, as well as the “compelling” pairing of her with Whishaw.
