The 29-year-old opened 2025 strong with a victory at the Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray before finishing 15th at the Daytona 500. He was third in the second stage though before a crash with 15 laps left hindered his final Daytona 500 result. Elliott couldn’t have been much better in his opening race though, leading 171 of 200 laps at the Cook Out Clash at Bowman Gray.
Elliott has top-15 finishes in each of his last six NASCAR at Atlanta events, including a 2022 Quaker State 400 victory where he led 96 laps and won each of the first two stages as well. He finished eighth in his most recent run at Atlanta Motor Speedway with top-10 results in each of the first two stages and McClure expects the 19-time NASCAR Cup Series winner to be in the mix to exit victorious on Sunday.

Suarez is the defending Ambetter Health 400 champion and he’s done some of his best racing in Atlanta. He has the second-best average finish (7.3) since 2022, which is second-best at Atlanta Motor Speedway, making him a strong addition and a cheaper price for McClure in NASCAR DFS lineups.
