Inter plan three years of Academy tours across the US

February 27 – Europe’s elite clubs have always had eyes on the American market, but the push is no longer just about summer friendlies; it’s about the youth of America and capturing lifelong fandom in the early years. FC Internazionale Milano is the latest club to plant their footprint across the Atlantic.

Inter have announced the launch of Inter Academy Camp USA, following the establishment of Inter Academy New England, Rockers (California), and Strikers (Virginia). Beginning in June 2026, Inter Academy Camp USA will roll out in partnership with IM Elite Soccer Camps Corp.

Like an old-fashioned rock ‘n’ roll tour, Inter will visit eight cities: San Diego, Los Angeles, Chicago, Seattle, Washington D.C., New York, Fort Lee (New Jersey), and Miami.

The following year, 12 cities will be part of the tour, and in year three, the plan is for 16 different ports of call.

Each camp will run Monday through Friday, staffed by official Inter Academy personnel, with three club coaches assigned per location, bringing the Inter way to America.

The battleground is no longer Europe and the UEFA Champions League but the suburban training fields of America. The clubs that win the hearts of 10-year-olds today may well own the market tomorrow.
