Every New Movie and TV Show Coming to Shudder in November 2025

There is no denying it, Shudder once again killed in its October line-up, with new shows and one of the best entries in the V/H/S franchise landing on the platform to thrill and chill subscribers. Yet, as the spooky season comes to an end for some, others celebrate horror every month. As the home of horror, Shudder continues to deliver, even after the most beloved month for the genre, adding standout titles to its catalog, including a highly anticipated second season of the found-footage horror series The Creep Tapes.

We have outlined the new additions to Shudder you won’t want to miss in November 2025. Below that, you will find a complete list of all movies and TV series coming to the platform, along with when they will be available.

‘Lovely Molly’ (2011)

Available November 1

Lovely Molly comes from director Eduardo Sánchez, who previously worked on the industry-changing Blair Witch Project (also being added to Shudder this month). The story follows Molly Reynolds (Gretchen Lodge), who moves into a new home she inherited with her husband, Tim (Johnny Lewis), only to encounter a series of bizarre events. With a troubled past of her own, Molly’s spiral and belief that she is the target of paranormal forces soon come into question.

Lovely Molly offers a delectably dark and disturbing descent into madness, blurring the lines between personal trauma and supernatural possession. Gretchen Lodge’s performance, in particular, does a phenomenal job of exploring the uncertainty of mental decline versus the outward forces pushing her onward. Heavily atmospheric and more on the slow-burn side, the film uses this approach to build up to a few unforgettable scares. Horror fans should check out Lovely Molly when it comes to Shudder on November 1.

‘There’s Something in the Barn’ (2020)

Available November 1

An American family — patriarch Bill Nordheim (Martin Starr), mother Carol (Amrita Acharia), and their teenage son Lucas (Townes Bunner) — inherits a home in Norway and comes face to face with an old legend of malevolent barn elves. Not really buying into the stories, the family accidentally breaks a cardinal rule to keep the little terrors at bay, initiating a war with an army of angry elves that ropes in the townsfolk.

Blending Scandinavian lore with slapstick comedy, There’s Something in the Barn is the perfect watch for those gearing up for holiday-themed horrors. The movie offers up a rather crazy escalation of events. While it takes a bit to get there, horror fans will appreciate the bloody chaos on display as the Nordheim family finds itself warring with evil elves. There’s Something in the Barn will be available to stream on Shudder on November 1.

‘The Creep Tapes’ (Season 2)

Available November 14

The Creep Tapes would take the already established Creep movie universe and bring it to a new, terrifying format as a Shudder Original TV series. The series brings viewers uncomfortably close to killer “Peachfuzz” (Mark Duplass), who continues his pattern of befriending videographers only to murder them. Each episode of The Creep Tapes is named after a victim and chronicles their inevitable death.

While The Creep Tapes presented itself as an episodic show, it still deepened the lore around Mark Duplass’s character. Notably, the final episode of the first season teases more information about “Wolfie’s” disturbing relationship with his mother, played by Krisha Fairchild. Those already in the know about the standout found-footage horror that is Creep and its extended universe will be able to catch the second season of The Creep Tapes on November 14, with new episodes weekly.

‘Salem’ Seasons 1–3 (2014-2017)

Available November 21

Set during the infamous 17th-century Salem witch trials, Salem offered a fresh take: witches were, in fact, real. The story would follow Mary Sibley (Janet Montgomery), a powerful witch who uses her mastery of the dark arts to protect her coven amid growing tension and religious persecution. Across the three seasons, allegiances are tested, and various witches and townsfolk face their own trials, tribulations, and triumphs.

Touted as a “Binge Premiere,” Shudder is delivering 36 episodes worth of period-piece drama-horror all in one go in the fan-favorite Salem. A reframing of the witch trials from a feminist perspective, while delivering a grotesque melodrama, will be the type of spooky escapism fans need as October comes to an end and winter takes hold. Salem is available on Shudder starting November 21.
