Few directors have sparked the imagination of his fans quite like David Lynch. The director, with his at-times magical thinking, idiosyncratic storytelling, and darkly humorous take on the world, will forever be known as a legend thanks to his myriad creations, like Twin Peaks, Eraserhead, Mulholland Drive, Blue Velvet, and more. And since his death earlier this year, the items of his life seem to hold a sort of talismanic quality to them, don’t you think? Which is why there’s sure to be quite a clamor to be one of the lucky few to end up owning items from his personal collection when they go up for auction on June 18, 2025.

In partnership with Julien’s Auctions and Turner Classic Movies, The David Lynch Collection will feature an array of unique and super-rare items that belonged to — and were frequently used by — the director. And if you’re a fan of Lynch’s, there are more than a few things on this list that are sure to rev your engine (so to speak), including the man’s personal 35mm print of his iconic film Eraserhead, his director’s chair, and even a super-luxe espresso machine. Because if anybody knew what it took to make a damn good cup of coffee, it was him.
