Alexander Isak to leave Newcastle United for Liverpool, well, the clock is ticking.
Less than 24 hours to go.
Premier League clubs have until 7pm on Monday (1 September 2025) to register new signings.
There is some incredible positioning going on here with those claiming Alexander Isak is still heading to Liverpool in this summer 2025 transfer window.
Things have been turned so much on their head with the ‘exclusives’ from these laughable ‘transfer window specialists’, that we are supposed to believe this…
That the only thing we are waiting for that will definitely see the move go through, is for Newcastle United to now approach Liverpool with an offer to get the deal done.
This is when we get to a really crazy situation of so-called journalists and Liverpool fans, wanting to believe that this is the case.
That with only hours to go of this transfer window, Newcastle United are now going to approach Liverpool and ask them to make a new offer to get Alexander Isak to Anfield.
Yes, obviously that is how football now works.
A top Premier League team will approach another, begging them to submit a new lowball offer to take away their best player and main goalscorer, for far less than his true market value.
A striker who still has three years left on his contract.
Newcastle United supposedly suddenly panicking and saying; ‘Please Liverpool, take Alexander Isak away on the cheap.’
United have finally landed Nick Woltemade and Liverpool fans and the shameless media that are desperate to tell them what they want to believe, are insisting this will trigger an Alexander Isak sale for sure.
This flies in the face of everything the Newcastle United owners have made clear.
That Alexander Isak is going nowhere.
Unless that is, Newcastle manage to sign two strikers (Woltemade plus one other) and Liverpool suddenly offer somewhere around their £150m valuation.
Whilst I have been writing this, we have gone from less than 24 hours to now less than 23 hours until this transfer window closes.
Alexander Isak is not going anywhere by 7pm on Monday, unless something remarkable and totally unexpected happens.
