In Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3 episode #9, Yuji Itadori fought Hiromi Higuruma. However, now it’s Megumi Fushiguro’s turn, and he’s already set to face a dangerous opponent in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, Episode 10.
Adapting chapters #164 to #167 of the manga, the anime brought to life the battle between Yuji Itadori and Hiromi Higuruma. Yuji finally added a new rule to the Culling Game, and the next episode will focus on Fushiguro. With only 3 episodes remaining, here’s everything fans need to know to tune in to episode #10 of Jujutsu Kaisen season 3.
What Happened in Jujutsu Kaisen Season 3, Episode 9
Jujutsu Kaisen Episode #56 saw the debut of Higuruma’s domain expansion, Deadly Sentencing. This brought with it many revelations, as it shows that non-violent domains can still be quite powerful. Higuruma’s domain puts his opponent on trial, judging them for their crimes, with punishments ranging from the loss of their cursed techniques (or cursed energy) to execution by a powerful sword.
Higuruma was deeply moved by Yuji’s confession, as he carried the guilt for the Shibuya massacre. Higuruma surrendered mid-battle and helps Yuji by adding a rule allowing the transfer of points between the Culling Game’s players. He also transferred a point to Yuji so that they wouldn’t have to kill anyone for the next 19 days and declined his invitation to be allies.
