Antonee Robinson made his return to Premier League action on Wednesday at Craven Cottage.
Robinson started and played 90 minutes in Fulham’s 1-0 London Derby defeat to West Ham United. It marked the veteran left back’s first EPL start since February 1 and his first overall appearance in three weeks.
Robinson finished the match with three offensive chances created, seven defensive clearances, two interceptions, and five recoveries. Although Fulham could not pick up three points at home, Robinson was one of the few bright spots in Marco Silva’s squad.
The 28-year-old will look to retain his starting spot this weekend when Fulham hosts Southampton in FA Cup fifth round action on Sunday.
Elsewhere in England, Tyler Adams went the distance in Bournemouth’s home draw with Brentford. Brenden Aaronson and Leeds United lost at home to Sunderland. Chris Richards and Crystal Palace defeated lowly Tottenham.
In Italy, Yunus Musah came off the bench to score a vital equalizer for Atalanta in Coppa Italia semifinal action.
In Germany, Damion Downs and Hamburg lost at home against Bayer Leverkusen.
