With Hulu set to become part of Disney+ on the horizon, the two streaming platforms seem more connected than ever, with plenty of crossover programming and a push to migrate subscribers. March still sees both offering their own original content and adding other titles, but it has become more difficult to separate the two, especially since many subscribers now have Hulu and Disney+. ‘The 98th Oscars’

The 98th Academy Awards are set to take place at the Dolby Theatre in Hollywood, Los Angeles, and will be hosted by Conan O’Brien on Mar. 15. The prestigious event is sure to be the talk of online discourse among cinema fans, with everyone cheering on their predictions for every category. Not everyone can make it out to the red carpet, but audiences can stream the entire event live on Hulu from the comfort of their home. The 98th Academy Awards will stream live on Hulu starting at 7:00 p.m. ET / 4:00 p.m. PT on March 15, 2026.
‘Rooster Fighter’ (Season One)

Everyone loves a good action-comedy anime, and Rooster Fighter looks to be one of the most absurd committed to the medium. The story follows Keiji, a battle-hardened rooster with superhuman strength who has come to protect humanity from “Demons.” He travels across Japan, fighting for the people while seeking revenge on the demon responsible for his sister’s death.
While the premise here is bizarre, Rooster Fighter plays its action and story straight, which, oddly, makes it even funnier. The series is based on the cult-hit manga by Shū Sakuratani and already has a built-in fanbase eager to see how it is adapted. There is a lot of optimism here as well, as the series is directed by Daisuke Suzuki and scripted by Hiroshi Seko, known for their work on Attack on Titan and Jujutsu Kaisen. The first episode of Rooster Fighter will stream on Hulu on Mar. 15, 2026, with subsequent episodes weekly.
‘Daredevil: Born Again’ (Season 2)
Available to Stream March 24 on Disney+
Blind lawyer-turned-vigilante, Matt Murdock (Charlie Cox), returns for the second season of Daredevil: Born Again, continuing his fight against corrupt mayor Wilson Fisk (Vincent D’Onofrio). With the first season ending with Fisk strengthening his grip on the city and Matt building a resistance, fans expect a more action-heavy, high-stakes season, with the potential introduction of new heroes and villains. The first episode of Daredevil: Born Again will be on Disney+ on Mar. 24, 2026, with subsequent episodes weekly.
‘Dangerous Animals’ (2025)
Available to Stream March 28 on Hulu
The movie offerings across Hulu and Disney+ are rather light this month, but for horror fans, one underrated gem from 2025 is being added. Dangerous Animals follows free-spirited surfer and traveler Zephyr (Hassie Harrison), who finds herself abducted by a serial killer, Tucker (Jai Courtney). Tucker has a very particular method; he enjoys feeding his victims to sharks while they are still alive, recording their deaths for his personal collection. Zephyr must race against time to escape.
In his review of Dangerous Animals for MovieWeb, Will Sayre pointed out how effectively the terror lands, stating, “The ludicrous entrapment devices Bruce builds in order to dangle his innocent victims over the sea are enough to leave viewers sleeping with one eye open.” The movie also features phenomenal performances and certainly stands above the multitude of shark-themed horror movies that have become a dime a dozen. This is one fun and twisted ride that horror fans will want to check out on Hulu. Dangerous Animals is available to stream on Hulu on Mar. 28, 2026.
