Tottenham U21s 0 – 2 Everton U21s
Everton U21s have travelled to Stevenage where they are taking on Tottenham Hotspur U21s in Premier League 2 on this Friday evening.
The game was goalless until the 72nd minute when Braiden Graham did it again, giving Everton the lead with 20 minutes to go.
With Spurs pressing for the equalizer, Everton broke down the right and the ball was leapt upon by Braiden Graham who finished with an exquisite chip over the Spurs goalie and into the back of the net.
Spurs hit the bar late on, but the irrepressible Braiden Graham was not to be denied all the headlines with two more excellent goals to his name.
Everton U21s: Pickford, Samuels-Smith, van Schoor, Welch, Thomas, Bates, Benjamin, Gomez (60′ Akarakiri), Sherif (60′ Boakye), Olayiwola (82′ Davis), Graham.
Subs not Used: Lukjanciks, Ebere.

Maybe because of the 1000s coming to see our special talent — Braiden Graham, incidentally spelt Brayden on our official website. I doubt he will be on the bench tomorrow!

You can just imagine the wonderful manager we have discussing Paul Tait’s recommendation that he is now ready for the Premier League…
“Och, ya cannay be all there, he’s just a wee bairn fresh outta skule.”

All over after 5 mins added on time. Is there anyone out there who will tell Moyes about this kid before someone at Everton sends him out on loan while they are searching night and day to bring a goalscorer into the club.

I’ve made it abundantly clear I don’t like Moyes… and this is one of the reasons that became abundantly apparent when he had the tremendous talent that was Wayne Rooney gifted to him.
What more does this kid have to do? Oh, I know… he doesn’t do his fair share of defending.
Drives me to absolute despair.

Aznou must be gagging for another go, Tyler looks lost and dejected…
We need more energy, young and hungry players, but old school leopards don’t change theirs spots overnight…

Physically slight can be the only reason.

Beto at ’75 or Graham?

Ian (9) I dont think physically slight will, put them off if they see him perform, and the kid has a good temperament and relishes playing, best of all Braiden is a team player who can assist as well as scoring, hes been on the bench once, maybe Moyes thought he was a ball boy!

Braiden Graham is a million miles away from a premier League game.

Premier league defenders would eat Graham alive. Let’s not talk silly.

Maybe Braiden would, maybe he wouldn’t, how will we ever know if he never gets a sniff?

He needs a season out on loan.

Well he certainly has more talent than Beto but right now, this isn’t our biggest problem now that Barry appears to be reaching competence. Any wide players, full backs of forwards, on his level? There’s a vacancy. Actually there are several

It’s a issue Mark (17) if we have no credible back up. Also, I am not prepared at this moment to put my complete faith in Barry. Do you remember Beto’s Indian Summer about this time last year?

He looks like a prodigy at this level…But does he need beefing up a bit to make a mark in thy Prem?

There may be a case for adding Graham to the squad for the reasons you say, I’m just saying we have bigger problems. It would be preferable if there were options in these positions from the junior teams, and this is more urgent than finding a back up for Barry.

The right-back situation is a crime and now as they put us in low cruise-control they seem to think that it is satisfactory to limp to the end of the season with Patterson who was ignored completely and disparaged quite disgracefully on here by some and a clearly inadequate O’Brien.
I don’t know what Mykolenko needs to do to be replaced/dropped. He is clearly not the quality left-back we need and it is yet another botched job of our crack recruiters that we seem to have no seemingly viable alternative at the moment.
