DAZN expands betting business into prediction market trading with Polymarket partnership 

January 21 – DAZN, the sports streaming service, is partnering with Polymarket, a crypto prediction market, to let users trade predictions.

Polymarket’s real time data will air during DAZN’s live broadcasts, giving fans quick updates on changing odds, momentum, possible results, and key moments. The data will be used in conjunction with the streaming platform’s existing sports betting app under DAZN Bet.

DAZN viewers will be able to interact with Polymarket’s prediction markets within the app without ever leaving the platform.

Shay Segev, CEO of DAZN Group, said: “DAZN is laser-focused on bringing fans closer to the sports they love. Through our partnership with Polymarket, we will offer another immersive and exciting way for fans to experience sport. Integrating prediction trading will be an excellent addition to our platform.”

DAZN has applied for the regulatory licenses to allow prediction trading in the US, with other countries potentially following if local rules allow.

Polymarket isn’t accessible everywhere and has had legal problems in the US between 2022 and 2025 before it was granted a license to operate.

In Nevada, the gaming regulator is arguing with FanDuel and DraftKings about their prediction marketplace plans, and is currently not granting licenses

Polymarket recently joined forces with sports TV giant TKO Group, becoming the prediction market partner for UFC and Zuffa Boxing.
