Following the theatrical and streaming premiere of the Stranger Things finale, series star David Harbour has dropped out of what was set to be his next big movie. A Searchlight Pictures representative confirmed to Variety that Harbour will no longer be appearing in Tony Gilroy’s upcoming feature Behemoth! starring Pedro Pascal. Reps for Harbour have declined to comment.
Gilroy is the Oscar-nominated writer and director of Michael Clayton and the creator of the Emmy-winning Star Wars series Andor. Not much is known about Behemoth’s story, but it will follow “a musician from a family of musicians who returns to Los Angeles,” and will also star Olivia Wilde, Mathew Lillard, and Eva Victor.
