Xbox Game Pass members will get access to an emotional game on December 2, and if you’re a fan of narrative games, you won’t want to miss this new arrival. While the majority of the announced games for the subscription service right now are centered around November, we already know some of the titles being added in early December. For example, there will be a killer Marvel game on Xbox Game Pass as a day-one release on December 1.
There have been many day-one releases being added to the catalog as of late, but there have also been a few older games that are arriving on the subscription service that give it extra value. For instance, Xbox Game Pass got The Crew Motorfest added to its catalog just a few days ago, offering players hundreds of hours of gameplay with a game that was released in 2023 but has been consistently updated since then.
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Joins Xbox Game Pass In December
The Game Will Become Available For Xbox Series X/S, PC, & Cloud Gaming
As part of the new free games on Xbox Game Pass, Microsoft has announced that Lost Records: Bloom & Rage will join the catalog on December 2. The title developed by Don’t Nod Montréal will be made available for the Premium, Ultimate, and PC Game Pass tiers. This means that if you’re part of the Essential tier, you’ll have to upgrade your membership to gain access to the game.
If you are a member of the tiers that grant access to it, you’ll be able to play Lost Records: Bloom & Rage on Xbox Series X/S, PC, and via cloud gaming. The title’s addition to Xbox Game Pass this December likely means that it will remain in the catalog until late 2026 – even so, with the uncertainty around how long titles remain in the catalog, I recommend checking this game out as soon as it arrives.
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage Is A Narrative Game From The Creators Of Life Is Strange
The Narrative Game Has Dark Secrets To Uncover
Lost Records: Bloom & Rage is a narrative adventure developed by the creators of the Life is Strange franchise. As such, you can expect deep dives into character stories and, most notably, important decisions to make as you progress through the campaign. There should be a lot of similarities with Life is Strange, though this game granted Don’t Nod more creative freedom, according to the developers.
In Lost Records: Bloom & Rage, you’ll follow the story of a group of friends in the summer of 1995. There, you’ll experience something troubling, and, 27 years later, you and your friends will have to confront the reality of what happened. If you’re a fan of dense stories and branching narrative options, this is a new Xbox Game Pass you won’t want to miss in December.
