The hype for Christopher Nolan’s star-studded adaptation of the ancient Greek epic The Odyssey is now ramping up, and we finally have our first look at Robert Pattinson, Zendaya, and John Leguizamo. Not only that, but it has also now been confirmed which characters they will be playing within this appropriately epic ensemble.
Nolan will transform The Odyssey into a fantasy action epic (it’s impossible not to constantly use that word when discussing this movie), with Matt Damon in the lead as Odysseus, the legendary Greek king of Ithaca whose journey home makes up the story. Several new images from The Odyssey have now been released via Empire (check them out below!), revealing The Batman star Robert Pattinson as Antinous, MCU star Zendaya as Athena, and John Wick’s John Leguizamo as Eumaeus.
