The Reds face Spanish opponents Athletic Club in back-to-back friendlies on Monday night, with the first kicking off at 5pm (BST).
Freddie Woodman starts in goal behind a back line of Curtis Jones, Luca Stephenson, Kostas Tsimikas and Andy Robertson.
Alexis Mac Allister is likely to be deployed in the No. 6 role with Trey Nyoni and Harvey Elliott more advanced as No. 8 and No. 10.
The forward line is made up of Ben Doak, Rio Ngumoha and Darwin Nunez.
There will be opportunities for a number of youngsters from the bench, including Jayden Danns after he missed out onm the tour of Hong Kong and Japan.
Arne Slot is set to name a different lineup for the 8pm kickoff, which should see his strongest XI take to the field.
Alisson is absent for both games following his wife’s surgery in Brazil, while Joe Gomez misses out as he undergoes treatment for an Achilles injury.
