Played by Dave Bautista and Jason Momoa, James and Jonny Hale are estranged half-brothers who reunite when their father dies.

A League of Their Own sees Geena Davis as older sister Dottie and Lori Petty as younger sister Kit. The two joined an all-female professional baseball league that thrived during World War II. ‘Nope’ (2022)
Writer and director Jordan Peele delivered Nope for his third feature. The sci-fi horror tale starred Daniel Kaluuya and Keke Palmer as siblings, OJ and Emerald Haywood. What’s apparent from the start is that the brother and sister work well together. OJ has his strengths, with Emerald quickly shining in the areas where her older brother tends to stumble. Given their reliance on each other during their upbringing and after their father died, their relationship makes sense, and Kaluuya and Palmer capture that perfectly.
OJ and Emerald often thrive when words aren’t being exchanged, as the two have a nuanced relationship. In particular, OJ frequently communicates with minimal dialogue, and Emerald is loud enough for both of them. The siblings play fantastically off of each other, making their chemistry undeniable.
Luke Skywalker & Leia Organa
The ‘Star Wars’ Franchise
Star Wars has been around for so long, with a fan base so big that Luke and Leia can seem like too obvious a choice to make the list, but they’re an obvious choice for a reason. Ben Affleck and Carrie Coon play Nick and Margo Dunne in Gone Girl. The brother and sister pair is one of the more odd relationships, as it sits squarely in the middle of a missing person investigation, with Nick not being the best person. Still, the sibling energy is clear, and even beyond the film’s shocking content, their chemistry stands out.
Nick and Margo have an inherent trust in each other, as the two are willing to talk about anything, even reserving judgment in some instances. Their connection is deep and feels natural in deep sibling relationships. Shuri & T’Challa

Black Panther gave audiences a near-perfect portrayal of a brother-and-sister relationship. Chadwick Boseman and Letitia Wright bring T’Challa and Shuri to life, with the two perfectly bickering and attempting to outshine each other. Although the two are often seen antagonizing each other, their evident familial love is undeniable to audiences.
Sadly, Boseman passed away, but even in Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, Wright continued to demonstrate the power of her sisterly portrayal, as the film featured T’Challa’s funeral. While audiences won’t get to see Boseman and Wright together again, their impact on movies and the MCU is still felt, as their sibling chemistry is off the charts, and fans still love talking about it to this day.
